Our rehabilitation program is an inpatient program with 19 beds that provide ongoing care and prepares the patient for their return trip home with assistance from family members or other healthcare providers.

Our program treats patients with functional limitations resulting from stroke, 脑损伤, spinal cord injury, 截肢, major multiple trauma, 关节炎, hip and knee replacements, congenital deformities and degenerative neurological disorders including MS, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, and other progressive neurological impairments. Our facility includes an on-site gym, a common room equipped with full kitchen and washer and dryer, and a "like home" bedroom that patients must learn to manage before discharge.

Patients participate in a daily schedule that includes one-on-one therapy, group treatment, community re-entry, adaptive leisure activities, and patient and family education. We focus on the person's abilities rather than their disabilities.

协作

Our care is patient and family centered as stated in our Innovative Care Model, Patients First. Nursing collaborates with family members, as they are an important part of the rehabilitation team as well. Our nurses also work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, 医生, and other specialists to ensure patients get the highest and most comprehensive care they need to return home.
